Design the pack around decisions
Begin with the two or three decisions the meeting must enable. Each page should support one decision with a source, owner, observation period, and clear limitation. Attractive slides cannot compensate for an undefined decision.
Label evidence by origin
Separate customer-provided statements, product usage records, support history, contract facts, and internal commentary. When definitions differ across systems, state the discrepancy instead of blending the numbers into a false sense of precision.
Create a controlled follow-up lane
Capture meeting outcomes as proposed, approved, or pending. Assign only approved actions, then connect each action to the commitment register. Sensitive commercial positions stay with the authorized account leader.
